CG Communications is a French company distributing third-party telecommunications products and services, and who designed the Application and the Sites.

2. Who is responsible for the processing (use) of your data?
Depending on the processing carried out, the data controller(s) are:
- Either Bouygues Telecom alone when you subscribe to one of its products. The uses of your data are described below;
- Or CG Communications alone, in which case the applicable privacy policy is available on the following page: https://www.international-sim.com/fr/politique-de-confidentialite-cgc/;
- Or the telecom operator partner of CG Communications alone, for the products it provides and to which you subscribe, and for the processing carried out in connection with your use of its products. The processing of your data is governed by its own privacy policy. If you want to know more about the processing of your data or exercise your rights regarding the data processed during your use of its products, we invite you to contact the relevant operator directly;
- Or Bouygues Telecom and CG Communications jointly. The uses made of your data are described below.

3. How do we use the information we collect and on what legal basis?
Regarding processing (uses) carried out by Bouygues Telecom alone or jointly with CG Communications, we use your personal data for the purposes (objectives) described below. 4. What information do we collect?
We collect information from you through your device either directly or indirectly:
Data collected directly from you:
Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address, postal address, phone number, date and place of birth, type and number of ID document.
Transaction and commercial relationship tracking data: offer held, billing address, purchase history, use of a promotional code or sponsor, ongoing complaints or disputes, etc.
Payment data: payment method, currency, payment history, etc.
Connection and service usage data: connection logs, IP address, traffic data, etc.
Data collected indirectly, via cookies or similar technologies:
General technical information about your device: device manufacturer, device model and brand, device properties (screen size, orientation, etc.), accessibility settings (font size, etc.), operating system, country, time zone, preferred country and language, network type and speed, IP address, web browser, etc.
Data related to your interactions on our Application or our Sites, service usage, and connection: information that helps us understand how you navigate, the most visited pages, advertising identifiers**, IP address, etc.
**The term "advertising identifier" refers to the Google advertising ID ("GAID") or Apple advertising ID ("IDFA"). The advertising identifier is a permanent, resettable ID generated by the Android or iOS operating system, which allows us to recognize your device.
5. Retention Period of Information
Bouygues Telecom retains your information for two (2) months in the active database. After this period, the data is deleted, except for the Personal Data that we must retain under applicable regulations in France for electronic communications operators, which are retained in the archive database for the following durations:
- 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship for identification data;
- 1 year from their collection for traffic data.

6. Who do we share your information with?
- Our respective internal services, depending on their needs (such as marketing and IT services);
- Technical service providers responsible for hosting;
- Payment service providers: only these providers have access to your payment data, excluding Bouygues Telecom and CG Communications;
7. What are your rights regarding the information we hold about you?
You have several rights regarding the information we hold about you, which you can exercise either through the Application or the Sites (when technically possible) or by contacting the Data Protection Officer of Bouygues Telecom:
- Access rights, objection, restriction of processing, opposition to processing, portability: please contact the Data Protection Officer of Bouygues Telecom (contact details available in the "Contact Us" section). They will respond as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month from receiving the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months due to the complexity and number of requests. They will inform you, if applicable, of this extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request.
- Rights to rectification, erasure, and withdrawal of consent. You can exercise these rights directly via the Application or the Sites, or by contacting the Data Protection Officer of Bouygues Telecom.
We remind you that if your request concerns processing related to the delivery of your communications by a telecom operator other than Bouygues Telecom, you must contact that operator directly to exercise your rights over your data.
8. Data Processing Outside the European Economic Area
We use hosting and payment service providers located in the United States. When we process your information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure the same level of protection as within the EEA by using appropriate transfer safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses – Transfer ("SCC")). If you would like a copy of the SCCs (with any confidential information redacted), you can contact our Data Protection Officer.

We inform you that in case of reasonable doubts about the identity of the person making the request, we reserve the right to ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm their identity, such as a photocopy of an identification document.
If you believe, after contacting us, that your request has not been addressed satisfactorily, you have the option to file a complaint with the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) or to seek judicial remedy.

This policy may evolve. In such a case, we will send you a notification to inform you of the change.
