TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (TCU) – INTERNATIONAL SIM
1. PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "TCU") set forth the terms and conditions under which users (hereinafter referred to as the "User(s)") may access and use the website and mobile application of International SIM (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), owned by CG Communications SAS, a company registered in France under number 805 113 156, with its registered office at 23 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris (hereinafter referred to as "CG Communications").
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TCU
By accessing or using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these TCU. If the User does not agree to these terms, they are requested not to use the Platform.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
International SIM provides its Users with the ability to purchase eSIM cards for international use, enabling them to access mobile data services in various countries and regions. The details of the services, including pricing and coverage, are available on the Platform.
4. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
To access certain services, the User may be required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. In the event of unauthorized use of their account, the User agrees to promptly notify CG Communications.
5. USE OF THE PLATFORM
The User agrees to:
- Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of CG Communications and third parties.
- Not introduce viruses, Trojan horses, or any other harmful elements onto the Platform.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR
6.1 Data Collection
CG Communications collects and processes Users’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The data collected includes, but is not limited to:
- User identity and contact details (name, email, phone number, IP address)
- Connection and usage data related to the Platform
- Transaction details carried out on the Platform
6.2 Purpose of Data Processing
The collected data is processed for the following purposes:
- Managing user accounts and orders
- Providing eSIM services
- Enhancing user experience and providing technical support
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
6.3 Data Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the services and to comply with legal obligations.

Users have the following rights:

CG Communications reserves the right to modify this policy and will inform Users of any significant changes.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) is the exclusive property of CG Communications or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CG Communications makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform and the accuracy of the information presented. However, it cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, failures, or unavailability of the Platform. The use of the Platform is at the User's own risk.
9. AMENDMENTS TO THE TCU
CG Communications reserves the right to amend these TCU at any time. Any modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Platform. It is recommended that the User regularly review the TCU to become aware of any changes.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These TCU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution is found, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
